Anger Management
Redirect Counseling offers anger management groups with the goal of reducing the emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. A person can’t get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but we can learn to control our reactions..
Clinical Evaluations & Court Assessments
Some people are required to have a clinical evaluation for the purpose of license reinstatement from an evaluator from the State of GA approved registry.
DBHDD Approved List.
Redirect offers the cheapest Clinical Evaluations in the area by charging the minimum fee allowed, $110 for in person evaluations. We offer online evaluations using Telehealth encryption for those that are out of the area or who prefer to stay home for $130.
Defensive Driving Safety Program
If a Georgia driver accumulates 15 points within 24 months, the Department of Driver Services will suspend their driving privileges for 6 months. Completion of this 6 hour Defensive Driving Program is required prior to restoration of driving privileges. If a licensed driver accumulates 15 points within 24 months for a second time, within a 5 year period, the Department of Driver Services will suspend their driving privileges for 1 year and the completion of our 6-hour program is required. This course satisfies your 6-hour course requirement for license reinstatement. Some judges in the state of Georgia may also dismiss or non-process a ticket for a moving violation if the offender completes the 6 hour program.
Family Violence Intervention Program
A Georgia Commission on Family Violence certified Family Violence Intervention Program for both men and women. The FVIP program lasts a minimum of 24 weeks and is designed to rehabilitate family violence offenders by holding them accountable and prioritizing victim safety.
Online Driver Education
This is a 30 Hour Online Course – Study and learn at your own pace in the privacy of your home or office. Under code section 48-7-29.5 if a dependent minor child of a Georgia taxpayer completes our driver education program, the Taxpayer is entitled to a tax credit of up to $150.00
Prime for Life 420 Program
Prime for Life 420 is a program designed by the great people at Prevention Research Institute; the same people that brought us the original Prime for Life (DUI School) curriculum. PFL420 is an 8 hour program designed to educate participants about the uses, dangers, and low risk choices pertaining to marijuana. This class is held once a month on a Saturday.
Shoplifting & Theft Intervention
Redirect Counseling Services offers a Shoplifting Intervention Program to help adults stop shoplifting through educational rehabilitation programs and ongoing support service. It is our goal to help build better futures for individuals, their families and communities. This program is 6 hours over 2 days. We offer this program every other month. Substance Abuse Programs
Redirect Counseling Services believes that alcohol and drug problems begin innocently with social and experimental use, and can progress to a substance use disorder, which is accelerated if certain genetic factors are present. We offer both educational and intensive outpatient counseling services based on individual needs.
